Discounts for Club members
Green Dragons is also a BHPA club. The advantage of this is that once qualified, you can join a club that you already know, and make those first flights in confidence. The club is also open to more experienced pilots, offering any coaching that may be required, XC flying, spot landing, active flying, thermalling and much more. We have a network of coaches, not only locally, but throughout the UK and at various locations throughout the world!
Once a member you will be able to join us on our trips around the UK, attend our monthly lectures and events, like parachute slides and fly our sites on the North Downs, including a winch field and a FLPA airfield.
Our club members get offered discounts and special offers, and have access to a daily flying weather report in the mornings, given by a very experienced instructor or coach, to help you get the best out of your flying day.
Club membership fees are:
Full member Hill Only: £59.00 per year
Full Member Tow/Power: £129.00 per year
Full Member Hill/Tow + Power: £159.00 per year

On receipt of payment, you will receive a welcome letter, and a sites guide listing our sites, hazards and local rules. you will also be given the number to contact the duty instructor or Coach in the mornings for Met checks.
