Welcome to Green Dragons Hang Gliding and Paragliding Centre.  We are dedicated to teaching you to fly, to the highest possible standards.  Many of our trainees have gone on to become highly successful competition pilots, instructors, national and even world champions.  Just in 2003 our CFI, Andy Shaw was ranked No 1 in the world for paragliding accuracy.  We strive to pass on these skills to our trainees through experienced instructors and coaches.

 Green Dragons is a BHPA registered school, and all instructors are BHPA qualified.  Green Dragons was established in 1974, making us one of the longest established full time schools in the UK.  Our massive experience will assure you have a safe and enjoyable time with us.  

 We operate 7 days a week, giving you the best opportunity to learn to fly in your own time, not our time. 

 We offer a range of courses, including tandem flights with an instructor, Trail days, Elementary pilot courses, and Club pilot courses.  Club pilot in the minimum rating to fly unsupervised in the UK. 

We will give you a flying start to your flying career, and will look after you in our club once you are qualified, using our network of Club Coaches and instructors located throughout the UK.  Come and join the fun today!
